AND YOUR RIGHT!! Its not fair that others have been approved who filed later. Thats the biggest crock of SH#%#%T in the game. Keep calling and bugging them! Try the kidbrooklyn tips on how to talk to them. Good luck!

What are the kidbrooklyn tips?

If you want to express your feelings of frustration, that's what we're here for. If you've hit a wall, see:

A certain poster on VJ may try to stop you, but don't listen. Knowledge is power.

Keep the faith, kiddo.

Sorry TBoneTX.....I think it was your tips on how to talk to them....My mistake!! I think he copied them from you. Again sorry.

Oh man! i think i will be crazy in no time, this waiting period makes me so sick now,it has been

nearly 160 days now since we filed our I-129F,We called USCIS but the lady said they cant do anything since our case is still within the timelines. They touched our case for couple of times last month and until we dont have any "good"news

i am really wondering what they are doing with our documents?Did they accidentally throw it?

or something???

I just want to scream now, cry, everyday im checking my email and hoping and praying some miracle from heaven will happened and will get the approval.Im really trying to stretch out my patience ,i dont know until when can i do this.

Sorry for this folks.

Okay i feel a little bit better now.

You should hear word right about now..it has been 5 months so you should just keep the faith. Your ship will come in just think of your future together because maybe there are things you haven't indulged your mind to!! It helps crack a smile (: hang in there buddy.

Please don't give up...We waited 301 days for our NOA2, from May 30/07 to Mar 26/08. If I come away with anything positive from this experience, it's that I will never take Aaron or our relationship for granted, because every time I feel like I'm starting to, I'll remember this horrible wait and how difficult it is to be apart from each other, and how much I cried every time I watched him leave to go back home without me.

That is a great idea! I've considered getting a tattoo in the past, but I've always wanted one that was meaningful. I pray that this process is one of the hardest things I ever go through.
