We are right there beside you. The I-130 package is ready to go - just got to get a good picture of the hubbie for the g-325A.

Best of luck to you!

Just a point of clarification. The passport style photo is submitted with the petition not the G-325A ;)

ummm????? A G 325A has to be submitted for both of us with the i-130, right??? The guide said to attach the photos to the corresponding G325As???? So are they not both being submitted together?????

I almost missed putting in the form declaring all copies as being true copies of originals!!

And what is this????? I didn't read anything about this in the guide????? Is this needed for the I-130???? Where do I get this form from????

Just when I thought I had it all under control - now I'm confused again. :help:

All is cool neiks  I was just clarifying a point that the photos are submitted with the petition not the G-325A's, its no big deal. In the guides it says attach to a sheet of paper and place behind G-325A. The wording gives the impression it is attached to it.

The USCIS assembly instructions state the following...

Assembling the Package:

For most forms, your application package should be assembled in the following order:

1. Fee payment

2. Form G-28 (if applicable)

3. Application or petition with photos in attached envelope (if applicable)

4. G-325A (if applicable)

5. Other evidence

6. Supporting documentation

As for the cover letter, it is not necessary even though many include one.

now I am confused too!! :help:

I've been following the guide, and now I hear that I don't actually need to supply evidence of ongoing relationship like it claims I do - no emails, phone bills etc. Though I am sure it won't hurt - I don't want to slow things down if all they need are photos and prrof of visits...

And good to know the photos just follow the G325As in the pile.. I had them attached to each one!

But now I am wondering what else I have wrong...

for instance - what form is there to certify copies are true copies? I just wrote that into my cover letter.. and what exactly is an I-130? Since I have never heard of it, can I assume it doesn't appy to me? :)
