Hi all..

please respond... am i alone?

USCIS has received my RFE and my process has been resumed on Dec 21, 2007. Wait 2 months for making decision..

Now it already over than 2 months....

Please help... :help::help::help::help::help::help:

Oct 21, 2007: Sending I-130, I-485, I-975

Oct 23, 2007: USCIS received I-130, I-485, I-975

Oct 26, 2007: Touched I-130, I-485, I-975

Nov16, 2007: Biometrics

Dec10, 2007: Asking RFE

Dec21, 2007: Touched, Received RFE

Feb 5, 2008: EAD ordered

Feb 12,2008: Touched EAD

Feb 15,2008: Received EAD

Nothing new..

04/02/2008:- Received at Chicago Lockbox

11/02/2008:- Check Cashed

12/02/2008:- Received NOA for I-485 and I-765

19/02/2008:-Received Biometric appointment

03/03/2008:-RFE (I-485)

11/03/2008:-RFE mailed back

17/03/2008:-AOS touched, and case processing has resumed

08/05/2008:-Made Infopass appointment in Atlanta for Friday 16th

21/05/2008:-EAD Card production ordered

22/05/2008:-EAD Touched

27/05/2008:-EAD Card Production ordered again

27/05/2008:-Case transferred to CSC' I am K3 Holder,This is Strange Folks

29/05/2008:-Approval notice sent for EAD

The RFE halted all processing on all your applications... Now that they have your reply, processing has resumed. You received approval on EAD so things are progressing.... I would be worried if you had not received your interim benefits, but since you have then all should proceeed...

Try not to worry! Lots of people have to wait a long time after sending their RFE before being approved. Ours was rather quick but I think it was an exception rather than the rule.

March 6, 2007 - I-129F package sent

March 21, 2007 - I-129F NOA2

October 17, 2007 - K1 interview - approved

October 19, 2007 - K1 arrived in mail

October 21, 2007 - US entry

October 23, 2007 - Wedding day

November 27, 2007 - AOS, EAD, AP package sent

December 7, 2007 - Received all 3 NOA's for AOS, AP & EAD

December 10, 2007 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

January 2, 2008 - I-485 transferred to California

January 3, 2008 - Biometrics

January 16, 2008 - RFE for I-485

January 22, 2008 - RFE for I-485 arrived

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

January 25, 2008 - Case status finally updated: AP approved January 23!

January 31, 2008 - EAD card production ordered

February 2, 2008 - AP arrived in mail

February 5, 2008 - Sending a letter/RFE to CSC

February 5, 2008 - EAD card production ordered (again?!)

February 7, 2008 - RFE/letter arrived at CSC

February 7, 2008 - EAD approval sent

February 27, 2008 - I-485 APPROVED!

February 27, 2008 - Online case status: notice mailed welcoming new permanent resident.

March 6, 2008 - Green card arrived in mail.

November 2009 - Removal of conditions...
