I applied in October for my 129f, and received my NOA1 fairly quick. Now I've noticed that most all the people with my same timeline have received their NOA2....is it time to start calling Vermont and finding out what's up? or should I continue the waiting game?

I'm sorry you still haven't gotten your NOA2 :(

You could call but they probably won't help you until it's after 180 days.

Have you checked your status online? Has your petition been touched at all, not saying that means anything but there were a bunch of us touched on December 17th and many of us have been approved.

I wish you much luck and patience!!!

Thanks for your reply. I was touched on January 30th...but nothing new since. My main concern is that everyone with my timeline and country has received the NOA2 except me :( This has been a little unbearable..

I went through that too and remember all too well how p!ssed I was. That good news is that if you were touched on january 30th for an RFE, you would have gotten it by now (or so it seems). So I think you will be getting the NOA2 any day now. (just my opinion). Good luck, :)

Have you taken a look at the processing date for VSC? They won't do anything until you are beyond that day and I think it is beyond it by 45 days but may be wrong.

yeah just wait it out a bit. I new someone who got theirs approved before me when they applied after me. I thought it was because they had lawyer and I did not but 5 days later I was approved. I am just wait for my reciept. They told me some other applicants get done faster because their background checks move faster. I was still upset because they were approved before me when they applied a month after me. I am ok now I hear it's all down hill from here because it's approved and can not be denied at the embassy only delayed or sent back to uscis.

OH do not go by the processing dates they do not help with anything only to make you worry more. My processing date said August 07 and I got approved feb 29th. Good luck and don't stress out so much.

Your date of filing is the importantpiece, the country of your beneficiary is not

YMMV
