Contacted a congressman

Ok, my fiance contacted Congressman John Campbell. He filled out the form and faxed it and talked a lady in the office. She knows what she was talking about. She said by March 26th, USCIS should update the website again then still no answer, she will contact USCIS and check. And it is still pretty common for some people to wait this long. Well, I hope so;(

It seems that Congressman Campbell handles immigration a lot and has a lot of power. We got pretty quick answer.

She said we should get noa2 by march 26th.

I am sorry that you have been waiting since July , my heart goes out to you... I just hope and pray that you will hear a favorable reply from CSC soon and that the rest of your journey be faster.

Unfortunately,they take longer with some cases.Just look at mine.Congressmen can work wonders with immigration.Be persistant and don't bother calling customer service because this will only give you migraines.And what ever you do, do NOT put in a service request,this just gives them an excuse to take their time even more.

Wow I cannot believe the pain you must be going through right now. Hold strong though and keep the faith. It must be very difficult right now but you can still make it happen. Don't give up and I hope the you do get that NOA 2 by March 26th.

I wonder why it has taken so long, that really ticks me off this kind of ####### happens at the CSC. I feel like all of us CSC people are cursed from being with the person we love most. WHY US????

Congressmen and senators, at least from California, all have staff that deal with immigration issues and can be very helpful in resolving issues.

Thank you so much everyone. I really do hope that I can get noa2 soon. This process is soo insane. Most of people get approved within 4-5 months and a few people get approved really late without even getting RFE.
