Dear friends,

Does anybody know if I can travel to the US Virgin Islands while on K1 visa? My fiance and I are planning to have our honeymoon there in early April, so I just wanted to make sure if I can do it.

I entered the US on Feb23 and we're getting married next week (F) !

Thank you all, and Good Luck :) !!!

Masha

I'm pretty sure it's no problem. In fact, I think several posters here have done it. They should respond soon enough. Why did I even respond?

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

--July 22---------Sent I-129F packet

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

Yes as long as you are careful about going out of US territories.

Yes as long as you are careful about going out of US territories.

In other words, a cruise is not recommended as a good way of getting there, since the ship might go outside of U.S. waters. If that happened, you could "technically" have violated the limitations of your visa without having AP. In a case like that, it may or may not matter, but why take the chance?

Oh, we're not planning to take any cruise - just to fly in the St.Croix island :D and probably no boat trips around the US Virgin Islandas well...

have a great trip

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Bon voyage. Ditto to the territorial boundaries stated above. Just stay on St Croix and believe me, you'll find plenty to do...

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.
