I STILL can't see my case online and Biometrics are tomorrow. That seems odd but I guess as long as I'm getting hard copy notices in the mail things are moving along, right?

So they received our RFE yesterday 3/31 and we put in a change of address. Hopefully we can get a bio appointment soon. I hope its not all screwed up because they seem like they can't do more than one thing at a time.

Alan and I received our Biometrics Appointment Notice today in the mail. Our appointment date is April 15

All, we received an rfe snail mail yesterday for I-864EZ and beneficiary's birth certificate. On I-864EZ form, in part one I checked the first box but forgot to check the other two boxes. ("The answer must be "YES" to all of the following statement to qualify to use form I-864EZ"). We’ve completed a new I-864EZ form, dotted all the I's crossed all the T's. We did include beneficiary's birth certificate in our original AOS packet; our guess is USCIS must have misplaced it. Oh well, we will to resend another one out. Per RFE letter, once missing items are received USCIS will process beneficiary's I-765.

I-864EZ and birth certificate is on its way to USCIS location in Lees Summit, MO. USPS promised to deliver package by Thursday.

Congratulations to the new March filers and other filers that are able to view their case on-line.

Just got back from my biometrics and it went well so far. When we got home I also received a mail from CRIS stating that my case has arrived CSC and is now pending for standard processing. So, it was a great day for us and so glad that we're done with the biometrics and we are one step closer to completion. Welcome to all new addition to the group of March filers!

so I guess we had same experience... RFE..... oh well. Today we send a request to the ex-employer of my husband (as he changed his job last month) and will receive a verification letter from them only next week.... I guess we will send everything back to USCIS only by the end of next week... Ahhhhhh!!!

Thanks for the warm wishes guys! Hopefully, by the end of this month the EAD will be on its way. I am getting so excited to do more productive things and start a career that will give me a meaningful local experience. It's been hard to be out of work for months especially so that you strongly desire to contribute to the income. However, the waiting will not be long and soon enough everything will be easy on us. Things can only be better each day and every tomorrow promises beautiful experiences. We just have to continue to sail on...

We went for biometrics in St. Louis today. Took like 10 minutes and we were outta there. Also, some good news, after the biometrics appointment we can view the I-485 and EAD online! Still can't see the AP but at least now I can start my obsessive 5 times a day checking the case online

Oh yeah, quick question....online it says the I-485 and EAD are at the National Benefits Center. Does anyone know what that means? Why aren't they at my local office?

received RFE... we need to send more information with I-864... same as yours.... proof of current income + this year taxes....

so we called and they explained us that we need to send 2007 tax papers + employment verification letter of my sponsor (my husband) and nothing from a co-sponsor.... thanks God... so hopefully we will get all papers today + we will send everything by Friday

Oh no, ill propably have to send in the 2007 taxes also, It makes no sense since they are not due yet Oh and good luck on your upcomming biometrics appt. B)

im also a march filer and new to VJ I filed my I-485 package on march 26th so im just started my journey with USCIS.. Good Luck to all those who have filed and got approved and to those who havent yet file!...it can be a very stressful task wondering if you send the right paper work...etc. hoping that you get a reply soon and no RFE...yeah Im there!! so im gonna need all the advice i can get!...lol
