The petition, I have almost everything completed, right now I'm just gathering all the evidence I have to prove I have met with my fiancee in the past 2 years. I have many emails but they are all in spanish. I wanted to send some, but am not sure if they need to be translated.

Any evidence submitted to the USCIS that is not in English MUST be accompanied by an English translation. The petition however does not require relationship evidence (it is optional), it only requires having met "in person" evidence. Most people will NOT submit relationship evidence with the petition because 1) it is not required 2) cost and expense of translations (if any) 3) just adds "noise" to the peitiotn that the adjudicator must loo at

YMMV

You should send some evidence like emails or phone bills or other things that give evidence of a real relationship. It certainly doesnt hurt anything. Maybe phone bills would be easier than emails in your case cause a translating.

Hi Vintage,

With the original I-129F, The main thing is to probe you have met within the last 2 years, and are free and willing to marry. Evidence of ongoing relationship (emails, telephone records, chats) is more of an embassy interview thing. You can add 3-4 emails/ chats to your original petition, (won't hurt) but save the "big guns" for the interview ahead. You mainly want to keep your petition organized, informative, clear, to the point, and easy to browse through. For more info, check the K1 guide

Good Luck!

Saludos,

Caro
