I'm dealing with large but real. After getting Lasik, my next thing would be breast reduction. But let's get to Lasik first.

Never heard of a surgical procedure for ####### enlargement, but certainly tons of drugs and I think a...pump...of some kind...exists.

And I saw on Penn and Teller's Bullsh*t one time this guy that was mad he'd been circumcised as a baby so he like...tied weights to...stuff and made his skin stretch back out.

You know a feminist might be upset that so many guys seem to think breast enlargement is only a bad idea because you can tell they're fake, and not because like...it's completely shallow and overobsessed over and purely aesthetic and stuff.

Breast reduction is completely different. Can totally understand some very valid and sympatheticablablable reasons to get a breast reduction.

Something I've wondered before is how come on one's just broke out with a THIRD ####### yet? Can they implant a THIRD breast? I'm sure there are guys that would find that hot.
