Capital One Image Card

While scanning over the Capital One website this evening, I came across a section not immediately apparent that was entitled the Capital One Image Card. In a nutshell, they're allowing you to place an image of your choosing onto your credit card and use that, instead of the basic look or whatever default images they have. There are, of course, some limitations to what images you may use, including: no porn, copyrighted content, or vulgar imagery. They don't want to see Captain Kirk sodomizing Mickey Mouse while Alvin & The Chipmunks are in the background waving obscene gestures. That probably wouldn't look too good for them, considering their logo would be plastered on the card right next to it.

In order for this to happen, you must qualify, which means the following:

You must have a U.S. Capital One Credit card (and be in good standing).

If you have a Canadian Capital One Credit Card, Capital One Small Business Card, Capital One Prepaid Card or a Capital One Debit Card,

you will not be able to obtain an Image Card at this time.

If you have a Junior Card associated with your account only, your standard card will have the image applied.

If your Capital One Credit Card is in one of the following statuses, your image will not be printed on your card. Your default card style

will remain.

• Bankrupt or Bankruptcy Hold
• Closed or set to close (while you pay your final balance)
• Charged Off
• Legal collections

I think it suits her. I know if I saw a card with Amber's ####### Pork Roast on it, it'd make me chuckle.
