Found a good Civil Surgeon in Seattle for I693A

By TL&IS in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

After calling several Civil Surgeons on the list, I located two who will do the transfer of vaccination information onto I693A for $40. I used Dr. Kenneth Hong, (206)621-9919. No appointment needed. The other is Dr. Daniel Phan, (425)673-2572.

I used Daniel Phan for the full exam. He is awesome, i highly recommend him. :)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

Dr. L E Arnold in Texas does it for 20 Bucks. You can mail him everything and he mails it back.

But 40 Dollars aint that bad either.

Someone mentioned that Dr Lee Arnold is still $10. $20 is for expedited service/mailing.

Dr. Kenneth Hong in Seattle is now $80 for vaccination transcription as of July 2012.

Dr. Sue Griffin is downtown Seattle is $161 as of July 2012.

Dr. Helen K Quan in West Seattle is $40 as of August 2012.

Hey thanks for the good tip. :thumbs: We started calling around today, and got figures ranging from $200 to $250/person. My wife and stepson (K-1/K-2) both need to do the AOS processing....
