What is the problem with the NVC??? I have been trying to call them..but it is impossible always busy ... since last friday !!!! we got approved on 29th ...and i want to know if NVC has my case :(((( I e-mailed them but they take a week to answer ... sooo annoying !!! They should have a wait line !! ..not kick you off .. HURGH !!! i'm sick of this waiting !!! Sorry guy... :)))

07/06/07- petition sent

07/09/07- received date

07/17/07- noticed I-129F

01/29/08- approved via web-site

02/02/08- got the letter by mail

02/22/08- RDJ number

02/25/08- NVC left

02/25/08- Package 3 sent

02/28 or 29 /08- Consulate received

03/07/08- Call the consulate and got the date

04/08/08- Interview !!!!!!!!!!

Try calling really early in the morning. Thats when I called and I got through right away.

You may also want to try calling DOS. I think they can give you the same info. I don't have their info but someone will probably come along and give it to you.

Try calling them really early, as soon as they open which I believe is at 7:30am or really late at night, at around 11:30pm.

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Me, too... i was getting kicked off, too!

You could try calling Department of State: 202-663-1225 Options 1,0

and maybe you'll have some luck with them?

But call before 4:30 EST because they close around then!

I tried this morning and what a wonderful surprise. When I entered my CIS number they said they had my case and gave me the NVC reciept number. Woo Hoo Yee Ha!

I-130

07/29/2007---began process

01/24/2008---I-130 APPROVED (email)

I-129F

11/2007-------sent I-129F - VSC

02/17/2008---touched (at Vermont)

...I'm CR1 now--IV bill shows CR1--oh well

NVC

02/12/2007---at NVC

02/25/2008---received DS-3032 and AOS bill

03/10/2008---received IV Bill ($400!!)

03/24/2008---mailed DS2032

10/10/2008---approved at NVC

11/06/2008---interview (more evidence)

02/17/2009---2nd interview- PASSED!!!!!

04/01/2009---He finally landed on US soil. (no joke)

I have also been trying to call and have been getting kicked back to the automated sytem, but last night (around 10:30 PM eastern time), I finally got through on my third try. I received my NOA2 on January 31 (from CSC), and as of yesterday the NVC did not yet have my case.
