My I-134 is NOT impressive

Hello All,

My fiance's interview date is May 23rd in Peru. I gave her my affadavit of support form, but it is not impressive as I do not have much savings, but I included a letter from my employer, a pay stub, and tax returns for 2005.

However, I DO have two co-sponsors, my parents. They included everything needed. Letter from employer, letter from bank, pay stubs, last three years of tax returns, bank statements, information on the houses they have owned.

Do you think that will be sufficient?

If your co-sponsor achieves minimal requirement you should be fine. Good luck in the interview!

Having tax returns, pay stubs, employer letters, and co sponsors are good as long as they meet the minimum requirement for their household. If they meet the requirment, you are good to go.

If you make the income - you do not need anything else. I never submitted bank statements; stock and bond / Real Estate vlauations etc. because I met the income requirement. "Impressive' is not needed - just the 125% of povery level is needed. Good Luck

We didn't provide any other financial information either, just the income as it was more than the povery guideline requirements.
