After such a long 11 months wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, Xtin!

Thank you Jesus! I was getting so freaked out because it's been exactly 12 months since I sent in my application and silence! But I just checked my status again and guess what? I'M APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doing the ecstatically relieved happy dance here, because I had visions of lost applications dancing in my head...

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On December 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Now I just have to wait to get the actual card... but I'm so relieved! And can someone please update my status for me?
