Last Feb. 02, 2008, we reveived an email from USCIS telling us these: " On February 1, 2008, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I-129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 30 days of the February 1, 2008, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. " I was so shocked, speechless, sad, disappointed upon reading this. We're not expecting this to happen. I even cried. My Baby and I been so excited to be together already soon. And we already have plans for our future. He filed for me Oct. 2007. They received our petition Oct. 29, 2007. We even had our receipt no. Right now, we're waiting for the notice to arrive thru mail so we know why we're denied. And to do what we need to do. It's really struggling for both of us, wanting to live together and make our own family, to love and cherish for. But still, I don't give up, we don't. Like in the saying, " If there's still life, there's hope ".

I just wanted to say I'm so sorry.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

You were denied at the USCIS level? I'm so sorry! (F) As some other members stated, there are very concrete reasons why a petition would be denied at this stage? Please look at those reasons. Do you meet all the qualifications? Did you include evidence to prove all of them? The good thing is, that once you meet all the conditions, you can re-file. You may need to include a waiver, but such a denial does not preclude you from filing again. Hopefully you can get this turned around and be approved soon. :)

Good luck,

-P

We're just waiting for the denial notice now to arrive thru mail. They stated there why we're denied and what are our other options. And then, do what we need to do asap.

I don't think they ever reached the Interview.. So It wasn't a Interview Denial..

It was denied from the USCIS application..

There is a big chance you can correct this and get it approved..

If you got denied for the Interview.. It will be hard to fight it off..
