hello everyone! is there someone out there, send thier I-130 form in thr month of Jaunary- have you heard any responce from it... please let me know.....

GOT NOA1 WITHIN A WEEK!!! NOTICE OF ACTION 1 --JANUARY 23 08 notice date FROM VERMONT!!!!

NOW AWAITING ON ACTION 2....

CHECK MY TIMELINE!!! REGISTERED MY CASE ONLINE AND HAS been updated jan 28- prb b/c they logged in my info??? dunno??

10-12-07 -mailed i130 to VSC

10-16-07- received by VSC

1-11-08- i130 NOA1

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

4-24-08- NVC CASE #ASSIGNED MDR

5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

Since you are from Houston and your I-130 went to Vermont, does that mean that mine will too?My husband is also from Houston.I certainly hope so because VSC is faster in processing applications than CSC.Since you got NOA1 for 129f and they didn't cancel it, that probably means that K3 visa is still valid.

hello..

yes i am from houston.. and my i-130 has been all over the place.. originally im talkin august.. it was sent to texas service center since i live in texas.. then it was sent to california.. got rejected b/c i sent the fee OLD fee of $190 instead of 355.. so i sent in the corect fee with my rejected i-130 back to california as i was told.. and they sent that to chicago lock box and now my noa1 for i130 came from VERMONT and i was told to send the 1-129f back to vermont.. so yes vermont i assume is the coreect place for residing in houston now....i got my 1129f noa 1 from veromont as WELL.. and hmm i gues it is not cancelled sincei got noa1.. i really dont care what i get ir1/cr1 or k3... money is not the issue for us. but being seperated is... so lets see what happens!!

i have heard they are faster.. but lets see....
