greencard holder waiting on renewal lost in mail

hi, i am a little confused. i have been waiting for my greencard since november. i call to ask where it is and they told me they sent it two months ago. they asked me to send an i90 form and i payed 370 dollars. how long does it take to process this? i need the greencard to travel outside the usa.

May want to take a look at the Adjustment of Status forum...there are some posts about this very thing. From what I gather you may find that your wait it normal but readaround and see what the suggest..maybe an info pass appointment?

and I belive he/she posted it here since her/his/, husband or wife (hell dont look at me funny am confuessed , lol ) is suposently a canadian , what I realy dont get is if the ok lets call it a spouse is a canadian and heshe is an immigrant to the US why would she aply for AOS on her/his behalf if herhis husbandwife is canadian ? isnt AOS for immigrants ( like us ) married to a USC only ?
