Hi,

after almost 9 months in TSC my case was transferred to Vermont... is that a common thing and if so do I get a new case number or do I continue looking up information under the TSc number? Anyone else have the same situation?

well after 7 month I just got an email saying that they move my case from Texas to Vermont.... so it is a common thing!!! thanks God I got out of Texas!!!!!!!! :)

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

I just received a notification that my case, after 10 months, has been transferred to Vermont. Hopefully this means a quick approval (couple of weeks?).

dont know about couple of weeks.... apparently they have move many cases to Vermont.... hopefully couple of months!!!!! I can do that!!! :)

i would like to see time frame for approval on Vermont.....

OMG, I got the same notification too! Transferred to Vermont:

On January 31, 2008, we transferred this case CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED to our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. . . .

What the hell?!?!? VSC takes 6 months to process I-751s. Does this mean NONE of us will be approved until the beginning of August??

Because VSC is taking 6 months to process case, that means that all our cases (over 6 months old) will be moved to the front of the line and here is where my theory about being approved in a couple of weeks is coming from. I am willing to put money on this thing - I got a couple of bucks if anyone is interested.

Imagine How we are that we filed before July 2007 and we still waiting when people that filed after July have been transfer to California and they are already approve!! so... If they get pissed... well.... first me then you... what can we say!

Heh, I was thinking of you since you are due for approval from VSC in a month's time. If that turns out to be the case, and of course I hope so (can you blame me?), then it's not really unfair in the context of all I-751s filed regardless of service center. All of us TSC Losers® have NOA1s at least a good two months earlier than yours, and in some cases seven months earlier.

Although I would be pissed if I had to wait longer than I thought b/c of these transfers, too.

Heh, I was thinking of you since you are due for approval from VSC in a month's time. If that turns out to be the case, and of course I hope so (can you blame me?), then it's not really unfair in the context of all I-751s filed regardless of service center. All of us TSC Losers® have NOA1s at least a good two months earlier than yours, and in some cases seven months earlier.

Although I would be pissed if I had to wait longer than I thought b/c of these transfers, too.

On that one I am with you.... nothing against anyone... but we already suffer enough!!!!! This is Good news (I think) better be touch than ignore!!!

Got the same thing.... :angry: transferred to VSC... they better not let us wait another 7-8 months.... I'm so mad... I thought they'd finally approve us there at TSC :angry:
