Leafgal..as soon as I have it my hands..I'm on a plane!(she has preaclampsia..so its not going to get better..best case..she doesn't get any worse..but sadly..she had this with her last pregnancy and she spent 4 weeks in the hospital..and they had to deliver the baby at 34 weeks) she needs her mama! I really hope they just go ahead and send it! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you too girl!

Ok, progress finally! Not exactly the timing or order I expected but progress nonetheless.

I-797C NOA - Interview scheduled - 6.12.08 in Chicago.

Sent on 4.24.08, received 4.29.08 (no touches, no CRIS emails??)

Has anyone received a *touch* since their case was transferred to CSC ? Am beginning to wonder that cases transferred to CSC will likely be delayed(just a hunch) :whistle:

After being transfered we received 1 touch but nothing since.

I was....the day they sent my RFE out....

Don;t worry, I KNOW they'll approve your AP VERY soon!!!

If you can, get her doctor to fax you a copy of a letter of her condition and send you the hard copy in the mail, just so you can be prepared if they want something.

My daughter is 24 weeks right now...and shes swelling up more..and her blood pressure is getting out of control again...none of these are good signs...I REALLY hope they do something tomorrow..(I was actually hoping for something today..but nodda) I'll pray for tomorrow

I will absolutely try to get the letter tomorrow! I just don't know if what the guy did today means anything..from what I have read..You are pretty much are given the documents there..or told to come back for them..maybe he was just trying to make me stop blubbering? :crying: I really hope he did what he says he did..

Hello Guys... Today we went to the Social Security Office to get my SSN, we wait on line for almost 3 hours to get attended.. Finally we got at the windows, I thought that I was going to get my SSN immediately, but oh surprise :whistle: They told me I should wait 3 months to get it, because They must verify the information I gave them... Anyone that already pass from this experience and would like to share with me How long they wait for it????

Hi. Well I had a K-1 and K-2 visa, so I dont know if it is different from your situation. But I'm still trying to get my SSN. I had went to the SSA office 6 times and it hasn't gotten easier. I have my EAD and have had it for over a month now. I got my application in for a SS card, but they need to verify with Immigration that my EAD is "valid" and that can take up to 8 weeks they say. I had to wait about 3 weeks for my son's EAD card to be valid, but mine was still coming up "pending" on their computer. I called my Senator and apparently a day after my application was put in, they got an approval from Immigration on my EAD card. Now I'm just waiting for my SS card to come in the mail. Who kows how long that will take. Its been a long journey to get a SSN for me, but not everyone has to go through what I have. From what I've seen, not many have.
