Our AOS is in Missouri Service Center, I had a hope than it'll be send to CSC but not... Does it mean than we'll have an interview??? I have read than when the case is in CSC, the GC is approved without an interview the most the times. Who has the AOS in MSC too?

You still haven't had your biometrics(fingerprints)....that's the next thing that you should get, an appointment letter to go to an office in your area so that biometrics can be taken. Somewhere around this time, before of after the biometrics you should get a notice of the transfer IF that happens. Otherwise, your case will get sent to your local office, and you'll have a notice to go to your interview.

Either way, you just recently received your NOA1, some more wait is in order before you see any "movement" in your case.

Good luck,

-P

Ermm... I would have asked how slow instead of how fast actually. But it's always a good thing to look at the timelines if you want to get an idea of how long you're going to have to wait. We're at the National Benefits Center and it's been over 2 months now without news. We did not get transfered unfortunatly.

Everyone going through family based category for AOS goes through MSC/NBC initally. You either wind up going for an interview at your local office, or transferred to CSC.

Fingers crossed for a fast GC authorization and any interview (anything else than I wish for now? hahaha)
