Apr. 21 biometrics done in St. Paul

Hard to find the place, is a little hole in the wall in an old shopping mall, but we finally found it..We had every thing they requested....picture ID, NOA letters, letter of appointment....they did ask for my I-94 as it had my alien reg # on it, and lucky it was still in my passport, cause I didn't know I would need that. They had to take my fingerprints a few times over, not sure why, but they seemed to not like the quality, and so it took a little while to get them all done...then they took a picture and that was it. They said to expect the EAD in two to three weeks. Very straightforward. that is my experience with it..hope that might be of some help to anyone who might be wondering what happens when you go for biometrics in St. Paul. On to the next step.

Hahahaaaaaa, we had the same problem! For some reason, I googled the address of 1160 or something silly like that rather than 1360. We ended up at the Catholic Charities building next to Target. We drove around and couldn't find it anywhere and everyone we asked looked at us like we were crazy.

We're definately going to scope out the Bloomington office prior to our AOS appointment.

let me know what you find out....tell me how it goes so I will know what to expect....so far it has been pretty uneventful, but always like to hear of others experiences..and good luck with the job hunting...I have a job, at least I think it is still waiting for me.....who knows by the time I get my EAD....hmmmm.
