Copied documents

Hi All

Just a quickie today, When completing the K1 forms and attaching documents do you have to write on the back of each one that they are a copy of an original document? Also, as I am stateside at the moment should I sign each document along with my fiancee?

Not required for submission of the I-129F, only origionals needed are the I-129F, G-325A, and Fiancee letters of intent.

USCIS no longer routinely requires submission of original documents or "certified copies." Instead, ordinary legible photocopies of such documents (including naturalization certificates and alien registration cards) will be acceptable for initial filing and approval of petitions and applications.

I did not do any of the aforementioned above

Hey hon

We had copies of Nick's birth certificate and mine (just to be safe) as well as his passport. We didn't write on the back of those. We just put them in the order we had on our cover letter.

We also copied our boarding passes. We highlighted our names and the dates.

Anything else was original.

We wrote on the back of the pictures we sent.
