APPROVED. wohooo I just got the call a few minutes ago.

OMG OMG JUMPS UP AND DOWN LIKE A CRAZY PERSON!!!!!!!!!! AFTER ALL THAT WAIT WE WERE APPROVED! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!! WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement and support!!!!!!!!!!

I've been silently following your story from the very beginning, and have been on the edge of my seat the whole time. I can't tell you how happy I am for you both. Many MANY congratulations to you. Thank you to all the lurkers! Glad to finally hear from you :) It WAS a very scary thing, an unusual case for sure, my lawyer said in all 14 years of practice she's never seen a case like it. What a relief that it turned out ok! See? Fairy tales DO come true!!!!!!!!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Now all we are waiting on is him having the visa in his hands!! I hear it takes 7-14 days for mail delivery. My only concern now is that he won't be home when they try to deliver it because he works all day. I assume they will want his signature.

I am SO good at finding more stuff to worry about!! At least I know sooner or later he WILL get it and he WILL be here in April :D

I just picked up my package from the post (location). Damn that thing was heavy lol.

I let my mother go through the stuff that was possible (since there was another brown envelope inside the first one that had a stamp on it, saying that only immigration officer is allowed to open it)

First thing she did was steal all my photos lol. Well I guess she can keep the photos since I have all of them on my computer.

Also got my passport back with added pages containing the Visa. Was kinda fun analyzing it. All nice and colorful with golden reflective border and stuff :D
