I got my entire I-130 package returned to me with a nice and pretty NOA-1 saying it was rejected. I signed the I-130, second page, on the last line, instead of the line above...

Anyway, I saw some people having problems with using the PO Box for Chicago listed on the USCIS website. What is the PO Box in Chicago that is actually working?

Oh no Delicia - how annoying for you. I can't believe they can't just let you send in the form again and honour the original date.

So sorry! I went to your blog. It is funny thing you wrote about your airmattress. I slept on one too until it got a whole in it and just last Sunday bought a couch thinking I will be needing it... Sorry again and enjoy your hubby's visit!!!!

Delicia,

I'm so sorry. It looks like since you are from Arizona, you'll send to the same Chicago address as I did...I'm from Missouri. I know and read of the problems that you mention but i had no problem with the address I will give you. I sent on Dec 20 through USPS express mail. Chicago received on Dec 21...the next day. It was signed by J. Morones. I don't have any experiences with the confusion in the chicago mailing address and I sent my petition in during the middle of the madness...so to speak.

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

Chicago, IL 60680-1029

That's it. It's the address that currently appears on their website and it's the address confirmed by the USCIS rep when I called back on Dec 20. Good luck, again, I'm so sorry,

James

I've doubled and triple checked and I've copied the address correctly...but please check the website and call USCIS the day you send it. I dont want you to rest your petition on the address i gave you....even though it looks perfect to me....we always make mistakes and I need you to back me up on this one! thanks,

James
