Received NOA1 for I-130 but now panicking, pls help

After almost 4 months, I finally received the NOA1 for the I-130 application. I was so excited! For some reason, I browsed through the copy of the information package I sent in, and to my horror, I noticed that the second page of the I-130 form is not copied in the package.

Now ... I did photo copy these by hand myself, so there is a (hopefully) good chance that page 2 isn't missing in the original.

But my question: WOULD CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER cashed my check and sent me a NOA1 if this page was missing in my original submission package? And, if not, how can I find out if everything is correct???? I have been waiting so long already, I can't believe my own stupidity.... :(

I belive they will cash the check when they resieve the file to start any process of the application ,

and if something is missing you will get a RFE , so I would waite and see if you get an RFE have the second page ready incase they ask for it in the RFE , good luck

04/25/17 e mail NOA send 

05/01/17 hard copy of NOA dated 04/25 received in mail

05/06/17 biometric hard copy in mail 

05/19/17 Biometric appointment in Hartford CT 

07/17/17 Inline for Interview 

07/24/17 Interview letter in mail 

08/24/17 Interview in Springfield MA ... Yes Aproved

09/14/17 Oath Ceremony .... done I am a US citizen

09/22/17 Applied for Passport ( per reg mail ) 

10/04/17 got passport in mail  

10/13/17 got certificate in mail  , updated status with social security office 

AM DONE YEAHHHHHHHHHHH

I think you are in great shape since you have the NOA1. What is the reciept date? Like the other post, I don't think you have anything to worry about. If the do ask for an RFI, no problem. But i am WONDERING if maybe you can send it now with a copy of your NOA1 and a letter saying, "I might have forgotten to add this with the original". I can't imagine that hurting at all.

3/7/08 Interview- APPROVED. Dora was interogated for 2 hours since she had a denial at POE last year. It was brutal, but she never had anything to hide.

3/10/08 Visa and plane ticket in hand

3/11/08 POE Miami (Why wait, huh?)

Timeline 130 filing to POE=306 days.

3/17/08 Mailed AOS via USPS Express Mail to Chicago lockbox

4/21/08 Recieved NOA1's for AOS, EAD, and Trav Doc's.

5/9/08 Biometrics appt scheduled for EAD and AOS.

Thanks... If I do get an RFE, will it only delay things by a few weeks, or do I have to get back in the queue and wait?

It should only delay things. Once you send it back, I am sure they begin working on your file again. They won't send you to the back of the line, don't worry :)
