sending the packet

friends i am sending my aos packet for my husband tomorrow. i just want to double check........ is there a separate fee for EAD?

also everything is mailed to the chicago lock box for K-3 right?

this is what i am sending

1. Payment check

2. Form I-485

3. Forms G-325A

4. Form I-864 and I-864A

5. Form I-765

6. Form I-693A

7. Copy of the beneficiary’s passport and visa

8. Copy of the I-94

9. Copy of the beneficiary’s birth certificate and affidavits

10. Certificated copy of our marriage certificate and religious ceremony certificate

11. Copy of our approved I-130

12. passport photos

anything else i am missing.

3. Proof of living together (this is required for K-1 holders, not sure about K-3)

4. Employment verification letter

5. Birth affidavits for both of you from your parents or relatives who were present at the time of your birth. (if father and mother's names not present on the birth certificate)

6. Copies of Tax returns (optional but good to include if you have)
