I-129F and I-130 approved 5/7/08 too! My last touch was 3/6 and I have not received any emails from CRIS... so keep you chin up fellow VJers!

WE GOT OUR APPROVALS FOR BOTH I-130 AND I-129F PETITIONS TODAY!!! NOTICE DATE WAS MAY 7, 2008. THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND HELP!

My Timeline:

My husband and I were college sweethearts. In fact, we were each other's first love. We broke up for a while and after 8 years, we started talking again. We finally got back together in 2007 and decided to get married last December.

CONGRATULATIONS to all January Filers 08 that already approved! Time for us to prepare the docs and I want you guys be ready so I attached the requirements that you need to submit. I got it from the US Embassy Website here in the Philippines and I know it's the standard requirements that you need to prepare and submit. So have these ready so when Packet 3 arrives you already guys will just do the medical exam. :dance::whistle:

2007-12-31: I-130 Sent

2008-02-14: I-130 NOA1

2008-02-28: I-129F Sent

2008-03-07: I-129F NOA1

2008-05-06: I-130 & I-129F NOA2

2008-06-25: Interview Approved (Conditional)

2008-07-08: Forward Additional Doc

2008-07-15: VISA Received (2yrs Validity)

2008-09-03: Flight to Cincinnati, Ohio; POE SFO

2008-09-06: Travel back to Chicago with my hubby

2008-09-29: Mailed I765 (EAD)

2008-10-07: NOA for EAD

2008-12-12: Received EAD Biometrics Appointment

2008-12-19: Biomentrics Appointment

2008-12-29: Ordered EAD Card

2008-12-31: EAD Approval

2009-11-26: Submit AOS

2010-03-30: Permanet Resident 10yrs GC

VSC is approving I-130 at very slow pace. CSC is quite quick compared to VSC. We should all file a mass petition to VSC to wake them up and do some serious work. This system is so pathetic...fees are being increasd every year without no output from these VSC workers. With increased fees people would expect better service.USCIS sucks big time. They should do an overhall of the system.

Yes - looking at the chart it is real graphic evidence that VSC is dragging their @ss!!! :angry: I was hoping I would see some action before I leave for Nepal but it doesn't seem likely - wanted to bring some good news to Govi...
