Good news sorta, mine hasn't been approved yet and my noa1 was jan 26. why am i not getting it? its so discouraging and i cry alot over it. its getting to the point where i dont even wanna check anymore and come here cuz its just so depressing to see everyone else get their noa2 while im still waiting. mind you its great others are getting theirs, it just feels like a dagger in my heart sometimes though. i know its been said not to compare cases but i just don't know what is going on. blah. i hope the approval isn't long off cuz im really stressing and my body is paying for it.

YES---It is great to see a Feb 3rd "up to" processing date! We have a Jan 30th received date, but not a single "touch" since then. I have read some members posts that they actually received their NOA2's in the mail without ever getting an Email or change notice on the website, even though they had signed up to do so. Pim is going crazy waiting to go to her interview in Bangkok!

I'm a little cornfused though... I have too many dates here.... on my NOA1 it says my petition was recvd on 1/26/06... Notice sent 2/2/06 and on the website it has always said the last date updated was 2/8/06... ??? Which one do I go by? If it's 30 days past the date they're working on I can start calling and hounding them right?

I know exactly how you feel, I feel the same way, my NOA1 was 1/23....so you are not alone. I am starting to wonder why I am not getting mine either if their processing dates are now into February. I am getting a little stressed out too, but I guess we just need to try and keep a positive attitude and hope each new day will bring us closer to an approval.
