I hear that Doomsday is good.

If you like 80's action movies... It's a whole lot of fun. Not original in the slightest (it steals scenes almost directly) but it does it well.

Movies I've Seen Lately:

King of Kong: Fistful of Quarters - 9/10 - funniest documentary I have ever seen. Steve Weibe is the King of Kong!

Into the Wild - 9/10 - loved the imagery. Discussed the movie with friends of days after.

I am Legend - 6/10 - it was ok. Personally I liked Omega Man better. Acting was more campy, but the story just felt better.

There Will be Blood - 5/10 - I still have no idea what on earth this movie was about, and why I just wanted to poke me eyes out while watching it. Boring - but Lewis' performance was amazing and worth watching (even for a few minutes).

If you want to see any of these movies, I would recommend King of Kong. So funny I cried. Billy Mitchel is a douchebag!

It's from the same source material as Omega Man. The Last Man on Earth is still the best version.

no idea what Omega Man is. But I enjoyed the movie. The end was lame, but I don't regret watching. But hubby is right, it's a mix of Resident Evil and 28 days later.

going to watch dan in real life tomorrow. hope it's funny.

it is not your typical Steve Carell movie.... so don't go into expecting that..... lol but I thought it was a pretty good romantic comedy type movie ....

I watched Charlotte's Web last night.. the one with Dakota Fanning.. I actually laughed out loud at some parts and I nearly cried at the end....

We watched 10,000 B.C. - well, I saw about th first 30 minutes before I fell asleep - what a bunch of rubbish! The previews looked good to me because of the FX, but this is a great example of how FX cannot carry a film.

yeah hubby wanted to see it a few weeks ago but the majority of the reviews I saw said it wasn't good...

Yeah, we were gonna go see it in the theatre until we realized that the theatre wouldn't accept our free passes on an opening weekend, but I'm glad we didn't waste our time!
