None of the field offices have the equipment to print the very complex and hi-tech cards, only CSC has the printing equipment, so Yes the card will be mailed to you.

As for timing, it can take a few days to a few weeks to get the card in the mail.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Nope, you will not receive the card right at/after the interview.

If approved, they will order the production of the card, you will receive the 'Welcome to the US' letter and the card by mail. They say that it takes up to 30 days, I got mine 2 weeks after my interview.

We had our Interview at the Portland Oregon office. The folks there were the best part of this process. The interviewer was very nice and new completely about our case. We had our Green card, which is NOT green by the way, in under two weeks. Good luck to you, Ray

Hey Hey, it's Oregon Ray!
