Timeline

Ok Im getting ready to file for my husband to come over, and i've decided to try it on my own. Now my question is what documents need to go with the petition for foreign relative? Im not sure what Ill need with it. I may have everything already. Any help would be appreciated. :help:

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Ok I had already looked at the guids and was still not quiet sure what these forms are exactly and was hoping to get some help understanding this process better. :unsure:

The guides pretty much spell out for you what you need to do.

Since you are filing for a spouse you can do either a K3 or CR1/IR1. The CR1/IR1 is the better visa because your husband will receive the green card and SSN in the mail a few weeeks after entry. For the K3 you will need to adjust status when he gets into the country which means more money.

I don't know what the difference in timelines is between the 2. You can do a timeline search for Morocco and it will give you a better idea of what you want to do.

You've already started with the guides, so download the I-130 form and read the instructions. They will tell you what else you need. When you have specific questions, we're here for you.
