and under 40 was thinking same thing...mine is older 2 bedroom and den and it would go into 60s (or it would have before all this trouble with the market)

The city owns it now and they want to unload it because this is a very small town and everybody and their brother is foreclosing. Lots of empty homes here.

that money lady suzie orzman (?) was talking yesterday saying calif was one of the WORST places to live as far as cost of living expenses, she told this couple to move to seattle one state that had no state income tax, they were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy into debt and that seattle was one of the best housing markets now

I love that house, actually. The basement is furnished with a kitchen, livingroom, bedroom, and bathroom. Here I am in a not even a one bedroom box . I must say, though, my landscaping done by my own hand over the past 21 years is gorgeous... But ya cant live outside .
