Is this order ok for the cover letter for the NVC?

1) Cover Letter

2) Barcoded cover sheet

3) My I-864

4) Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data

5) My W2 (SSIDI) Forms

6) My mom's I-864A

7) My mom's W2 Forms

8) 6 months of my mom's pay stubs

Did I leave out anything?

Also, Does my mom need a Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data Form too?

Thank you!

It is my understanding that they don't need anyones releae of tax information any more.

That may not be correct, but it is my understanding.

If you already have it, might as well mail it in though.

The Tax Data release form is no longer required.

I didn't use a co-sponsor, but I believe you have to send some proof of their American citizenship (copy of your Mom's birth certificate - something along that line).

Yup. For a joint sponsor you need to send proof of citizenship - ours sent us a certified photocopy of his birth certificate.

Also, according to item 8, page 2 of the I-864A instructions:

If you check any other relative except for spouse, you must provide proof of the relationship and that you have the same principle residence as the sponsor.

Are you going to include your birth certificate with your Mother's name on it or anything and proof that you have the same residence?

Hopefully someone who had a household member cosponsor will come along to clarify this :)

No need for the Federal Release Tax Data form anymore. But if you're sending copies of your W2s, you need to send copies of the tax returns as well. You other option is to only send tax transcripts from the IRS.
