Medical was on 11th July 2023. Interview was 19th July and I was refused because the embassy didn't have my medical report yet. I contacted the place I had my medical and they said the medical had been signed off on 18th July, and should be with the embassy today (19th July). After the interview, the case status changed to refused, then the next day (20th July), the status changed to approved.	2023-07-20
