Comments : I would have booked an earlier interview, but I didn't have my ACRO police certificate ready in time.

Medical was on 11th July 2023. Interview was 19th July and I was refused because the embassy didn't have my medical report yet. I contacted the place I had my medical and they said the medical had been signed off on 18th July, and should be with the embassy today (19th July). After the interview, the case status changed to refused, then the next day (20th July), the status changed to approved.

Estimates/Stats :
Your I-129f was approved in 547 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 678 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

NVC actually received my case on 15th May 2023 but the timeline editor wasn't allowing me to input that date for some reason

I hope this helps someone. I didn't have my have ACRO police certificate when my case was at the embassy. I applied for ACRO on June 5th 2023, received it on June 28th 2023. Lived in England my whole life, no criminal record at all. Medical exam: 11th July 2023 Interview: 19th July 2023

"Medical was on 11th July 2023. Interview was 19th July and I was refused because the embassy didn't have my medical report yet" Damn that sucks.. When I booked my Medical in London I was under the impression that one week would be enough, and they asked for my embassy interview date and when I told them they told me to book 2 weeks in advance. Glad you got approved.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
