I'm not sure but i'm so happy that in just days that the case arrived at the consulate from NVC I received an email with packet 3 which I sent back immediately electronically and physically (via cargo express) 2 days later they send packet 4 (medical exam and interview date) which my parents got their exam the day after and 3 weeks later they go to their interview and get approved...I'm sooo happy!! | 2017-07-13 |
