US Immigration from Georgia

We filed AOS concurrently. Mother is adjusting from B2. We went for Biometrics yesterday and just got a notice in the online account that she is scheduled for another biometrics?? Has this happened to anyone else?

Here is what it reads.

"PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY. The FBI was unable to process your fingerprints. To continue processing your application, petition, or request, U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) must collect your biometrics again. This will be completed at no additional expense to you. Please appear at the below Application Support Center (ASC) at the date and time
specified."

This is kind of weird.

Hi all! Long time VJ-yer here. I am a USC. I have never done much research on this topic myself and info that I found seems to be all over the place. Long story short I have a brother who is married with 2 kids (he is in his 30s). He lives in my home country outside of US. If I file I-130 for him now what is realistic time frame for his PD?

Another seemingly important detail is that my mother who is in US currently filed I-485 (concurrent filing) and we are waiting for her application to be approved. Once she is an LPR is there a faster way for my brother? If so, by how much longer?

If my mother naturalizes (5-6 years down the road) and then she petitions for my brother what does the wait look like?

P.S. my brother's kids are 12 and 8. I assume by the time his PD rolls around via whichever way we choose to go kids will age out and this will add to the wait and complicate things more?

I am filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently for my mother who is in the US. Do I need pictures for I-130? Instructions only address the spouse and asks for pictures but not other relatives.

My question: Do I need pictures of myself and my mother for I-130?

I know I-485 requires principal applicant pictures.

I am getting ready to file I-130 and I-485 for my mother who is in the US. Is there advantages of filing I-130 online and once I get I-797 then file I-485 based on that VS mailing all the forms together?

I would appreciate if someone can share their experience who went through either of the above ways.
