N400 Second Marrige

I have a question regarding the 3 years rule n400. I know it's early but would like to have some insights. I am done with ROC interview and still waiting for the decision, hopefully, will get approved.

I obtained my green card through my first marriage but then we divorced and I applied for ROC with a waiver. Now, I have married again to a different woman and we are about 3 year's anniversary by next year. is this apply to the n400 3 years rule or they mean being married to the first spouse which I obtained my green card through.

You have been married almost three years to your second wife and you are just completing roc?  What is your resident since date?

Yeah, i applied for GC with my first marriage which is ended by divorce and then applied for ROC with Waiver, I am resident since April 2015.

Once you clock 3 years of marriage to your current U.S. citizen spouse, you’ll be eligible to apply based on 3 year rule irrespective of how you originally got your green card. Expect the officer on your N 400 interview to pry into the previous marriage. This is just to make sure it was originally entered in good faith and not to solely procure a green card (your ROC waiver should already take care of this once it’s approved, but sometimes they still wanna cross check again).
