    If anyone can advise it would be really helpful. Yesterday my lawyer informed that my case i751 was denied to lack of evidence for a short story I had been married in 2014 for less than 2 years then got divorced for marital issues at 2016 so I had to file a divorce waiver However I got married after in 2017 again to a different person. Now, id on;t have too many options I see a lot of people talking about IJ but my previous lawyer advised to have my wife file for me new i130. I started to get concerned about the whole case. Can I get some advice Please?
