Firstly you need to figure out what basis you have to apply for a work visa. Are you eligible for any of them/which one are you eligible for?

First step is to actually read about different work visas.

Then, realizing that you do not apply for the work visa.

Your potential US employer does.

Hi Everyone!

What is the very first thing to be done in applying the Work Visa? is it online?

Find an employer to sponsor if you have at least a bachelors degree.  They apply on your behalf. Only exceptionally well qualified can self petition.

Get a US job offer first. They will do the paperwork. You will have to meet criteria specific for your job/situation/background. Different countries have different procedures.
