Can his visa be revoke?

My husband has a tourist visa which he use to travel to the usa and he came here in September for the birth of our son. The issue is that he wants to go back before his 6 months is up, which is soon but he's afraid CBP will revoke his visa being that trump has put out an executive order on immigration and feels they will think he was planning on staying. My question is this-- Will they revoke his visa or do any one travel to the usa and stayed almost 6 month and left recently without any issues?

What country? The executive order has been lifted so it is no longer in effect so he should be fine.

 

However, be aware that ANYONE with a visitor visa can be prevented from entering the US regardless of what country. And if a person with a visitor visa has been spending extended amounts of time in the US and have frequent return trips in a short period of time  increases their risk of being detained for questioning, denied entry, or even having their visa revoked for abusing it.

He should state the truth. Always.

 

Really don't see it as a problem unless the 6 months stay and quick returns become routine.

Trump does not currently check people leaving.

Did you read the executive order on immigration.. or spreading rumors? 

 

The US does not have exit controls, so no issue for someone leaving on day 179 within i94 expiration.

Never said Jamaica was included.@KierenHby read before assuming I'm saying something in the form of spreading rumors! I am very aware of  executive order and I know it's on hold, and  Jamaica is not on the list. I was referring to cbp taking or  will implementing more scrutiny to those who stayed close to 6 months regardless of one's nationality

That sounds like your friend is not giving complete information to you. Nobody's visa would get revoked just for staying the maximum allowed time under the tourist visa conditions.
