You've got to wonder if now that they've officially said 11 weeks for review that even though EP is faster, they still may take that little bit longer because they can. They don't give any time frame for EP so we have to pretty much speculate how long it'll take. I'm hoping you hear this week - it'll give me a lot of hope for me when I submit in a few week😊

If they can give a scan date for manual processing, why not EP??

It would be nice if they would automatically send a confirmation email to everyone. It seems so random how they do not always send an auto-response email out. At least then I would have some peace of mind that everything is in order if I had an email confirming receipt.

It seems like their reps on the phone should at least be able to see if my documents were received. But then again, if my email is just sitting in a server they do not have access to, they may not connect my email to our case until actually opening our email. And from what I have seen, once they touch the email, CC is very soon after that.

My attorney sent everything in and they are experienced with email processing, so I am sure everything is ok. It is just the impatience that is killing me. Knowing people have been able to get a CC in 2 weeks and me just now reaching the 2 weeks mark. It could seriously be any day now.

I am definitely calling NVC every single day until I get a CC.

For those that have emailed their docs already, did you attach your own cover letter or just write in the body of the email what is attached. I do t want to send more than what's completely necessary as I feel it will slow things down a little. Also on your attachments did you write the case # and name on each document like those who manually file have been recommended to do?

U must send a cover letter. For the first time I send the email documents I didn't not name the doc with case #. I really suggest u to give to give all what u think is important. In a good email that will cause u less headache 🤕

after first email u send to nvc electronic. U will receive a confirmation email. It's one confirmation email per email ID

please ask if u have a question

best of luck to u

Just got the notification our case has been sent to NVC. I'm so ready to send this email!!

Good luck, EP is super fast, even with a checklist from what I have seen. Gives me hope that my case will be completed within the next few days.

Yeyyyyy.

After just two weeks they told me I was missing documents that were included. Resent the email and then 3 days later our case was completed. Very fast turnaround when you consider others wait 11 weeks, plus 11 more for a checklist. What a disgusting wait time for mail; nothing compared to Nebraska and their insanely ridiculous 7 months, but still.

When are you planning on emailing in your packets? It is unusual for it to take more than 2 weeks for a case to be completed with email processing.

I'm hoping by the end of next week. We just paid the first invoice today so waiting for the second one to unlock. We have everything we need, just waiting for this next week to go fast 😊

For those that did EP, how did you email all your documents? Did you put all the attachments in the order on the cover sheet the NVC gives you, did you put everything in one email or split into two?
