Mistake in my Date Of Birth

When I was Registering 2017 Lottery I Erred in my Date Of Birth e.g. June 4 1980 I mistakenly did It July 4 1980 is the month I erred typical error But when I was filling the KCC forms I used my correct date of Birth because I have been to US Embassy before so they have my Date Of Birth I make sure I Fill the Right it to KCC please advise me and I need your advice

Giivng the correct date on your DS is the right thing, and it has to match your passport/birth certificate anyway.

however...technically this could be a disqualifying mistake. Not sure how strict Johannesburg is (I assume that's where you're interviewing?) - they don't have a high fraud problem there so the interviewing officer may accept it as an honest mistake ....or they may be strict and disqualify you. You'll have to decide if that's a chance worth taking.
