Travel Insurance from US to Russia

I think you should probably have this moved to the Russian regional area to get more answers. I have never really looked at travel insurance for my or Katya's trips, and so far have only had to change one date, but that was from her K1 trip when we used the return leg of her ticket for a trip back after she got her GC. I think it cost us around $100 back then to make the change, so it would depend on the economics of the cost of insurance vs the cost of changing a ticket for the airline(s) you are using.

Good Luck!

Unfortunately I've never purchased insurance that covered anything that extensive. If it's related to death or getting reimbursed for flights and really drastic situations like that, I would imagine that most travel insurance companies offer plans for that, it probably will just be pricier than the cheaper bare bones options.

You might want to consider just buying a plane ticket which already includes a full refund policy.
