Assuming you also filed the I130 then you'll likely chase that path anyway for the CR1 visa

Yes, i got the timeline on to my profile now

But we have sent 130 and 129f.

We got noa1(130) fast, but no info about the noa1(129f) yet.

Why we are going with the k3, is that my wife is going back to US with both my kids and i dont want to spend chrismas ect alone in denmark.

We are in our 8th. month.waiting for NOA2 at TSC. March 9 filer. Please do not get your heart set on an early date. I do wish you faster and better service that many of us have received out of the "black hole" that is TSC.

What i dont get is, if TSC is so "over worked" why is that the place we need to sent our application..

What happens with the I-129F(k3) after i sent it to Texas Lockbox?

Will they sent it to a center or what. - I missed this all togetter in read about it, i must have read the first 40 websites.

The lockbox personnel will send the petition to one of the service centers, on the basis of workload. Of late, most I-129F petitions (for K-1) have been sent to the CSC. Perhaps the destination of your I-129F depends on where your I-130 was sent.

Ok - Well the I-130 was sent to the Chicago Lockbox, as we where married outside US, and not in one of the 22 places where USCIS has a office.

After reading my NOA1 from the I-130.

It seems like we´r at California Service Center.

Its what it says in the letter.

I´m read this page and kan see it says

11.5)...Where do I send the I-129F petition when used for the K3/K4?
A..USCIS (INS) states that I-129F petitions for K-3/K-4 status should be sent to the Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending.

But if i look at official pages it says Texas is where to sent I-129F.

No wounder we sometimes mess it up.

In the letter the last lines says Califonia Service Center.

Was going to look at status for my I-130, but when im trying to signup i get

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

• ERROR: Resource key "204205" not found in org.apache.struts.action.MESSAGE bundle

Still havent seen my NOA1 from the I-129F. Day 16 now after they got it.

Well i can see that WAC is Califonia and thats what my case number starts with
