Hi, so I only have my passport as picture ID and canadian care card as secondary, SIN card, birth certificate. I looked on the instructions for acceptable forms of ID and was worried I only have canadian passport as ID. Do I need more forms of ID? In addition, if I don't receive I-94 at POE, is it fine just to print it off electronically?

What is the context of your question?

Valid forms of identification for what use?

If you are referring to POE, all you need is your passport (with K1 visa),

and the packet that you need to turn in at POE.

Yes, you can print I-94 afterwards.

If you're asking about what form of ID you need to apply for your SSN, you just need your passport and I-94 printout. VJ recommends you print out the web page on the SSA website that makes it clear that K-1 visa holders can receive a SSN since many SSA offices are unfamiliar with the K-1 visa and might insist you need more documentation or need to wait until you can legally work (not true).

I only brought my (Dutch) passport with K-1 visa stamp, and a copy of the NOA for the AOS

petition, and they were happy with that. I *did* bring my (Dutch) drivers license as a second

form of ID, but they didn't need that.

Hope this helps!
