NVC hasn't RECEIVED AOS & Civil Documents

Hey everyone!

We sent out our affidavit of support and civil documents on tuesday 21st. It was delivered on Friday 24th. I called NVC today and the customer serv rep said they still haven't received our documents. Is it normal? How long does it usually takes for them to put it in the system once it's been delivered.? getting impatient here. I miss the sh*t outta my hubby.. the waiting it's killing us. Thank you

They probably haven't sorted your packet yet. If your tracking says it's there, then it's there. We got our scan date letter a week and one day after our packet was delivered.

They received it Friday and it's only Monday. The standard answer you will get from the NVC is 20 business days.

my document was delivered on Friday 24th too, i call early the morning today, they told me just put on their system in the morning, please wait 30 days to CC the case, i think u call back tomorrow to ask them again.Goodluck

I just got off the phone with the NVC. they told me they put it on the system today and to wait 30 to CC. I asked him if my Scan date is today and the guy said yes I also asked him if I should get a confirmation email and he sd no he sd the NVC don't send confirmation email which I find it weird because I keep hearing people getting emails stating NVC received their documents. Have you received any emails?

my last document on march 23 and they sent me the email on march 26, i think will received the email tomorrow
