You can follow the thread above to see the current trend in case completion. It's spring, am hoping the weather change would affect NVC positively. Hoping for the very best.

I heard that it will take 60 days to get a CC Case Complete since the scan date was made. Your Scan date is 12 March so I believe your CC will be around 12 May. Correct me if I am wrong. Feel like your IL will be around June.

My scan an date is 9th March and you are right about a probable JUNE interview, am not expecting anything this month, or early next month, I need to have a case complete before interviews can be scheduled. Do you know if NVC schedules interviews through the month or just beginning and end of the month?

NVC sent out pre-processing to all fillers that have PD from Sep 2013 to Feb 2014 in the month of Feb 2015. I feel like they are preparing for a big jump in last quarter (July August and Sep 2015). I guess VB will advance slowly in May and June (around 4 weeks) before a big jump a July.

Your thoughts?

Based on our members, NVC just normally schedules the interviews in the 1st week and 4th week of the month.

I totally made a mistake. Our priority date is September 4. On June 19, 2014, we received an email from NVC stating "Immigrant visa petition xxx is currently on a list of completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers."

And on May 12, 2014 we received an email from NVC, stating "The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified."

So I'm sure in no time, we will get the IL soon, what do you all think?

Really hoping that it will reach early September next month. Loved the 6 week jump again. If it should jump against, we will be up next.

I'm the petitioner and filed for my husband and the priority date is September 8 2013. Paid all my fees and all documents were submitted too. I think the case was completed in May 2014. You know what's so weird, we didn't receive actual confirmation it was completed by email. We had to call and they told us.

So, hopefully he will get through really soon.

What should I prepare for now, since it might soon called for interview? New AOS? New police report? I don't know what to do.

That is incorrect. Please refrain from statements without attaining the proper facts. There are a large majority of filers primarily from VSC between September 2013 and February 2014 who have not yet received NOA 2. My PD is Jan 17th and there has been no pre-processing of any kind or NOA 2 notice.

I sent my local embassy an email today begging them to tell me already what documents will i have to prepare so i could get ready ahead of time. They told me my medicals expired and my police records but they cant tell me more than that before they open my case again... anyways im getting AOS, new medicals, police records and pictures taken next week so once they contact me i will have everything... Im not sure if I will need another interview since i had one last may 2014...

Does anyone know if another interview is needed? they told me they can only tell me for sure when the case is open for review.

10 weeks from my PD, gettin there slowly but surely.... Our documents received on 6th march, they say it takes about 60 days for CC, anyone any idea how long its usually taking on average atm to complete the review?... Would be painful being current without CC ...

The same applies to us, my PD is Oct 15th, 2013. They received my documents on March 6th. Hope we can get it on June or July?

Have the same sentiments here. PD is Sept 24, 2013. Hoping for a current PD this May VB.

NOA1 = Sept. 25, 2013

NOA2 = Dec. 13, 2013

NVC Stage:

Received case # = Feb. 23, 2015

AOS fee bill generated and paid = Feb. 24, 2015

DS-261 generated and filled = Mar. 1, 2015

-- we called NVC for an inquiry since we can't access DS-260.. they requested us to send the docs..

Docs submitted via UPS = Mar. 10, 2015

We haven't received any message yet from NVC if they have received our documents already. What will be our next step?
