Hi, Everyone,

My husband and I got married in New York City in May, 2014.

We filed our i485 with i130 in the end of May 2014.

i485 latest update is on May 30, 2014, they received the fingerprint fee.

i130 latest update is on May 27, 2014, they received the application.

I did my biometrics on June 30th, and got the EAD card on August 11th, 2014.

But from that on, no news at all.

I know a lot of people got the potential interview waiver letter from Nebraska Service Center.

But I didn't...and I have no update of our cases... :(

My attorney submitted an inquiry for the i130 on December 17th, 2014. And on January 18th, 2015, another inquiry (since the first one got no response back...) And the USCIS customer service told me on the phone that they cannot check the 1st inquiry status due to the new one was placed. They can only see the newest inquiry information...

I'm just wondering is it possible that we got potential interview waiver but didn't get the letter?

It's been almost 8 months...and very frustrating...

Anyone has similar situation as mine?

I emailed the Nebraska Service Center, nothing back yet.

Then I heard that changing your address will force them to pull out your case to process, so I did that too. Nothing yet.

People suggested that I can email the congresswoman of our district...I'm thinking about to do that today.

It's really torturing my soul >"<

We are in the same situation . Our last case update was 6/2/14 saying fingerprints received. The website updated today and they last processed 6/25/14 cases. So we plan to call on Monday.
