HELP NEEDED URGENTLY PLEASE

Hey VJ members i have been waiting 45 days now for case approval but i just got a Checklist. on the I864EZ line (19) my total income is $24467. but here is the problem, i work with a company part time and made $1619.00 i got a W2 and reported it on my tax return for 2013. but the company did not report it to the IRS. so the wage and earnings transcript from the irs website does not equal to the $24467 that is on the Tax transcript. can prople please help me with some information please. my wife's case was to be approved by the second week of November and i get this today. Should i just redo the I864EZ and take the $1619 out? if i do that i am worried that the tax transcript would not match the transcript again. I AM DEVISTATED IF I HAVE TO DO AN ADMENDMENT. PLEASE HELP ME.

So are you saying you have two incomes from two companies one for $24467 and the other $1619 (and that amount wasn't reported).

You will have to redo your I-864ez it has to match what your taxforms/transcripts say for i-864ez filers its the AGI. So its your $24467 you stated minus the unreported $1619.

Hey dwheels76 thanks for your response. The AGI total was the $24476. The $1619 is included in the AGI. The $24476 is on my 2013 tax transcript which includes the $1619 that is not on my wages and earnings transcript. So I just need to redoredo the I864EZ n take the $1619 from the AGI?

But if you do that then the tax transcript will not match. Because you already included when you did your taxes the only way to fix is amend your tax return.

The amendment process is another 8 weeks plus 60 days review! Omg. Can I go to the employer n get them to report my income to the IRS. N how lon will that take? This situation has just added another six months.

I justgot some great news from the Lady at NVC she siad that i made a mastake on the I864EZ, i put my adjusted gross income instead of my total income. so i am doing it tonight and mill it first thing tomorrow moring. hopefully the 60 day wait is not the case bc my 60 day was to be on the 17 of Nov. Thanks for the responses
